What happens with a Pre-Sale item?
If you purchase an item listed as pre-sale, the product is in production and will not immediately be shipped to you. The date of shipment is listed in the product description. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is shipped.
How long will it take to get my order?
I will process and ship your order within 7 business days (often sooner than that though!). As soon as I ship your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to estimate when your package will arrive.
Once your order is shipped, you can expect delivery times of ~1 week in the US, or ~2 weeks overseas. Occasionally packages will take longer or shorter amounts of time to deliver, so check your tracking number for an exact date!
What shipping service do you use?
I ship USPS First Class mail.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I will ship anywhere!
Please note that some countries (such as the UK) will require you pay customs fees upon receiving your package. Check with your country's postal service to see if you will need to pay any taxes on an imported item. Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer, they are not included in the cost of shipping for your order.
Can I pay for rush shipping on my order?
Please email me before purchasing if you have any special requests for shipping!
Can I get a refund?
All items are final sale, unless otherwise stated. If you receive an order that is damaged or missing items, please contact me via email as soon as possible and I will be happy to send you a replacement.
How will my order be packaged?
All orders are sealed in a plastic bag (compostable!) to ensure they won't be damaged by water, and mailed in a stiff cardboard envelope to prevent them from being bent.
