I have a question about my order, how do I contact you?

Don't hesitate to send me an email if you have any questions! I do my best to respond within 24 hours during the work week. I have a contact form on my website, or you can send an email directly to:

I purchased a digital product, where is my download link?

If you purchase a digital product, a download link will be given immediately after checkout, as well as sent to the email address you enter at checkout.

If you have lost your download link, you can log into your customer account on Stellaire and access your order history and digital files.

Click the account icon at the top right of the site (the icon looks like a person). Log in to your account. Click "My Files and Videos" button in the top right. Download your purchased file.

 

How long will it take to get my order?

I will process and ship your order within 7 business days (often sooner than that though!). As soon as I ship your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to estimate when your package will arrive.

Once your order is shipped, you can expect delivery times of ~1 week in the US, or ~2 weeks overseas. Occasionally packages will take longer or shorter amounts of time to deliver, so check your tracking number for an exact date!

 

What shipping service do you use?

I ship USPS First Class mail.



Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I will ship anywhere!

Please note that some countries (such as the UK) will require you pay customs fees upon receiving your package. Check with your country's postal service to see if you will need to pay any taxes on an imported item. Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer, they are not included in the cost of shipping for your order.

 

Can I pay for rush shipping on my order?

Please email me before purchasing if you have any special requests for shipping!

 

Can I get a refund?

All items are final sale, unless otherwise stated. If you receive an order that is damaged or missing items, please contact me via email as soon as possible and I will be happy to send you a replacement.
